•The product that was shipped is defective.
•The product is dirty or damaged.
•The product is different from the one ordered.
If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, you will be refunded the product cost. Your understanding is appreciated.
Shipping fees for returns due to defects or wrong product are borne by beautiful people.
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
1.Returns or exchanges for your own convenience (e.g. wrong size or color)
2.Has been used, even if only once
3.Has scratches or damage caused by the customer
4.The tags have been removed
5.8 or more days have passed since the product arrived
6.Other reasons deemed ineligible for return/exchange by beautiful people
7.Purchase of a sale product at the shop of purchase or another shop
